4 What counts as an interaction?
An interaction is each AI-generated reply sent through one of your channels — WhatsApp, Telegram, or the website chat widget. Incoming messages from your customers are not counted; only the AI's outbound replies count toward your monthly limit. A voice message your AI receives is automatically transcribed and answered — that single reply counts as one interaction.
5 What happens if I run out of interactions?
When you reach your plan's monthly limit, the AI temporarily stops sending replies until the counter resets at the start of the next billing cycle — or until you upgrade. You'll get a notification well before reaching the limit so you can decide.
